This place has the best burger. Really. Nice salad bar. Although the place is impeccably clean, -- there is not a speck of dust on the lighting fixtures --there is a urine smell in some of their booths. The girls are hard working and friendly. The counter is very old-time diner and comfortable. We go often, but sit in the back or at the counter.

They take care of my grandparents here like they really are family. They make my son feel like a celebrity!

It was decent. The food was pretty good, and the service was alright. I'd go back.

Wanted to break free of the fast food but should have just gotten it. Went to this place and was served a cheesesteak with rubbery meat and half melted half solid cheese. Absolutely no flavor just loads of grease and sloppy. Girlfriend ordered chicken alfredo and received butter noodles with lemon juice. My kid ate 2 chicken nuggets of 6. Waitress was friendly and dinning area was clean however.

My lovable fabulous grandson loved it! He is the joy of my life! I was so happy to be there.

Good food and a large salad bar for a decent price. Nice classic atmosphere.

Visited QFR last weekend for breakfast. The sausage gravy was delicious and really great coffee too! Our waitress was very attentive to our table and served us quickly and with a smile. Definitely will be returning !!!!

Good food, cozy spot. Ample sitting, very nice decor. Seafood, steaks, burgers, soups, kids menu. Good stuff, definitely recommend. Come with hungry family, leave with happy tummies.

Hit up the $8.25 salad bar tonight to stretch my stomach for a food challenge tomorrow. Awesome salad bar, highly recommended! 😋 They even have a seasonal fruit, cantalope was on the bar for me. Yum

One star says it all, but let me expand & say that I personally did not like the dinner thought it tasted gross !!!

Service is hit or miss. Typical diner food at reasonable prices. Atmosphere is dated.

The food wasn’t great, but we ordered basic breakfast foods nothing out of the ordinary. However, what stood out the most is the miserable demeanor of our server. She barked her questions at us and seemed that talking took a lot of effort. To be fair, everyone has a bad day once in a while, so I observed the other workers to see if it was just our server. No it wasn’t, there was not one smile to be seen in the whole place, just miserable people who don’t seem to enjoy their job. We eat out a lot and service with a smile goes a long way. Not going back.

The QFR, is what it is. But I like it better than Fridays, Ruby Tuesday, Buffalo Weird Wings, or the other choices next door.

My mother had Parkinson's which made it difficult for her to speak. Waitress was so rude. Would not wait for my mother to say her drink order, literally walked away while she was speaking. Continued to be very rude throughout the meal to all of us, especially my mother. So impatient. Food so-so. Sad because we were long time customers but I won't return after that.

Horrible service, lame salad bar, food fairI wanted red velvet Cheese Cake. Got back to Hatfield with two pieces of red cake with tons of icing and No Cheese in either piece. Too far to go back but I'm really angry. I trashed the cake it was bad too.

Great prices and good food. Most of the servers are great. We love this place. And it is 24 hours except Mondays they close for a few hours before breakfast.

My server was good... And that's about it, the majority of my visit here was mediocre. I was seated by the window in a booth, but it would have been nice to have been asked my preferences. The food was on time and the egg omelet was okay but i also ordered a steak on the side... It was horrible. It tasted old and it was dry. The mushroom soup was okay although a bit on the thick side, like batter. The place itself is okay and kind of up to date but there is a smell in the back dining area that reminds me of oldness. I also noticed that most of the guests were senior citizens so maybe that's preferred. I was not impressed with this place it could use some renovating and perhaps some quality control in the kitchen. That's too bad because it had the potential to live up to the greatness that i first foresee when i choose to eat here.

The salad bar was limited, but was fresh and delicious. My boyfriend loves that he can get breakfast for dinner here. Clean and comfortable place to eat. The food is great for the price and the portion sizes are good.

I visit this spot a lot since I work nearby. I like how their customer service is always good and they keep the spot well organized at all times. Rates are fair and they serve generous portions.

I love Quakertown Diner!!! Not many good diners left in the area. We have a seasonal at a campground nearby and we visit them very often. they have delicious breakfast and cheap too!

We always stop there for dinner after going away for the day. When we're in that area. Great salad bar, huge menu, fast friendly service as well. Breakfast all day and good desserts!! Tables and booths for seating. Clean friendly service too.

Always good diner food. Good selection with many things made well. Breakfast is the best part with the best food. Staff is also good at their job from the hostess top the bus boys. Have been hoping here for years and there are many diners to choose from.

Decent place in passing. Wouldn't go put of my way to visit. Chicken pot-pie was nice size but very dry and over cooked.

I love QFR, its always great for a quick breakfast or lunch. A lot of really good American favorites cooked just right. I love their roast Turkey entree and pork and sauerkraut entree.
